栓接流程
将在线过滤器直连上色谱柱
1.国际标准色谱柱连接
手动拧紧在线过滤器后请再使用扳手旋拧30°。
2.非标准色谱柱连接
较深螺纹柱头色谱柱可将PEEK垫片取下来手动拧紧后再使用扳手旋拧15°。
*如发现将PEEK垫片取下后依然无法零死体积连接,则产品与色谱柱柱头螺纹不匹配。
注意:请小心安装,不要过度旋拧在线过滤器,金属密封套圈产生的扭力可能会损坏色谱柱柱头螺纹。

much better for sample recovery than a trap column. If you are an intact protein researcher, detergents are
widely used during protein extraction, solubilization, membrane-protein preparation, and other sample
processing steps. Detergent-containing contaminants interception is inevitable for downstream nano LC

滤片更换
• 旋开在线过滤器底座,更换滤芯,滤芯片安装无方向要求。
• 更换结束后手动拧紧底座,再使用扳手旋拧180°使得底座圆环轻触滤片塑料环实现密封。
